Standard delivery to addresses in the UK, on all products, is FREE. Yippee!
Europe
Blankets – delivery charge is £17 for the first blanket, then an additional £11 for each additional blanket that you order
Cushions – delivery charge is £8 for the first cushion, then an additional £2 for each additional cushion that you order
Rugs – delivery charge is £22 for the first rug, then an additional £16 for each additional rug that you order
Throws – delivery charge is £13 for the first throw, then an additional £7 for each additional throw that you order
Rest of the World
Blankets – delivery charge is £25 for the first blanket, then an additional £15 for each additional blanket that you order
Cushions – delivery charge is £15 for the first cushion, then an additional £5 for each additional cushion that you order
Rugs – delivery charge is £30 for the first rug, then an additional £20 for each additional rug that you order
Throws – delivery charge is £20 for the first throw, then an additional £10 for each additional throw that you order
Returns…
We do hope you love your Boon & Up handmade homeware, however if you’re not completely happy we offer a refund or an exchange within 14 days of your purchase. Please note bespoke orders are non-returnable.
If you do want to return an item, it needs to be unused and in its original condition. To return a product simply post it to:

NB: You will need to pay your own shipping costs for returning your item, and this is non-refundable. Also, if you’re returning your item from abroad all import and export duties will need to be paid by yourselves.
Refunds…
Once we’ve received your return, we’ll email you immediately to let you know we have it. We’ll inspect it and provided all is ok we’ll automatically credit your original method of payment. The time it takes to appear in your account will vary according to your card issuer.
